Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and NCM Ventures LLC ("we", "us") for your use of MeetMark. By using MeetMark, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service is in beta

MeetMark is an early product. Features will change, some will be unfinished, and there may be interruptions. We provide the beta as it is, and we are grateful for your patience and your feedback.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old. Use your real email address so we can reach you about your account.

Your content stays yours

The notes, recaps, and other information you put into MeetMark belong to you. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You stay in control

MeetMark uses artificial intelligence to suggest questions, organize your notes, and recommend next steps. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them. MeetMark does not send messages to other people for you. Any outreach is yours to review and send.

Using it responsibly

Do not use MeetMark to break the law, to harass anyone, to store information you have no right to keep, or to interfere with the service or other users. Notes about other people should stay professional and relevant. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other people at risk.

Third-party services

If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using MeetMark at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@meetmark.io. We may end or pause the beta, or your access to it, and we will give reasonable notice when we can.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent the law allows, MeetMark is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.
