Never forget the question, the promise, or the follow-up.

MeetMark connects to your calendar, helps you get ready for the meetings that matter, and keeps track of what you promised afterward. It is in closed beta.

What it does

Before

Your upcoming meetings show up on their own. Pick one, say why you are meeting and what a good outcome looks like, and get a short list of questions worth asking.

During

Optional, quiet reminders of the one or two things you did not want to leave without asking. You choose how often, or turn them off.

After

Talk through how it went. Your notes get sorted into what you learned, what you owe them, what they owe you, and what to do next. Nothing is sent to anyone on your behalf.

How it uses your calendar

Read only.
When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, MeetMark reads your upcoming events: the title, time, location, and who is attending. It never creates, changes, or deletes anything on your calendar.
Used for one purpose.
Your events are used to list your meetings inside the app, help you prepare for them, and time your reminders. They are not used for advertising and they are not sold.
Yours to disconnect.
You can disconnect your calendar at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Where the beta stands

Available now for beta users: sign in, your meeting list, adding a meeting by hand, and the reminder schedule for each meeting. Rolling out during the beta: calendar connection, meeting preparation, the spoken recap, and follow-up tracking. Access is by invitation while the beta runs.
